Some trips call for more room and a quieter ride. For those we send a Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP. It is the same private transfer from Antalya Airport to your hotel door, in a van fitted out for six passengers with leather seats in place of the usual bench rows.
What is inside the Vito VIP
The seats face each other, so it is easy to talk on the way or keep an eye on the children. On board you will find:
- six leather seats and space for six suitcases
- Wi-Fi and USB charging points
- air conditioning
- bottled water for the drive
If you need a child seat, mention it when you book; we fit one for an extra charge.
Who books it
Families who would rather spread out than squeeze in after a long flight, especially with small children. Couples at the start of a honeymoon or an anniversary trip. Business travellers who want to clear their emails on the way into the city or to a conference hotel in Belek. And anyone with a long road ahead. Alanya is about 125 km from the airport, close to two hours by car; Kaş is about 190 km, roughly two hours and 45 minutes, and Fethiye around 300 km, about four hours. Over distances like these, legroom and a calm cabin make the biggest difference.
Meeting at the airport
The meeting works exactly as for any other booking. In the arrivals hall, with your luggage collected, you give your name at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. Our staff call the driver and walk you to the van. If your flight is late there is no need to message us: we follow the flight number and the driver waits.
How the price works
As with every vehicle we run, you pay for the van, not per passenger, so two people pay the same as six. The price is fixed at booking and confirmed in writing, with tolls, fuel, airport parking and waiting time included. Ask for a price and you receive the exact figure for your route in writing. The payment method and the conditions for changes are set out in your confirmation.
The Vito VIP also runs in the other direction, from your hotel back to the airport, and between two hotels on the coast. If your party is larger than six, we can quote for two vehicles or suggest a Sprinter.

Questions about the VIP transfer
What is the difference between the Vito and the Vito VIP?
Both are Mercedes-Benz Vito vans for up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases. The VIP version adds leather seats, Wi-Fi and USB sockets, which you notice most on longer drives to Kemer, Side or Alanya. The route, the meeting point and the private service are the same in both.
Do you provide child seats or baby seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request at an extra charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book so the right seats are fitted before the driver sets off. The charge is shown in your written confirmation.
When do I get my booking confirmation?
Once we have checked your request, we send a written confirmation with the price, the vehicle, the meeting point and the payment method. Keep it on your phone for the day you arrive. If you have not received it, call us or write on WhatsApp at +90 539 826 30 65.
How do I pay for my transfer?
Your written confirmation shows how you pay, for example to the driver in person or in another way agreed with us. Tell us at booking if you would rather pay a particular way. You pay the fixed price shown in the confirmation.
What happens to my Antalya airport transfer if the flight is delayed?
We follow the flight number you gave us, so the driver works to the actual landing time. Waiting for a delayed flight is included in the price. If your flight is cancelled or moved to another day, send us the new flight number and we will update the booking.
