The last day of a holiday goes more calmly when the ride to the airport is already arranged. We collect you from your hotel lobby anywhere along the coast and drive you to Antalya Airport in a private vehicle, as far as the departures entrance. The pick-up time is set from your own flight, not from a fixed timetable.

How we work out the pick-up time

No single rule fits every hotel. A guest in Lara is about 20 minutes from the terminal; a guest in Alanya has close to two hours of road ahead. The time of day matters too, as do summer traffic on the coast road and the time you want at the airport for check-in and security. When you send us your flight details, we reply with a suggested pick-up time and explain how we arrived at it. If you would rather leave earlier, say so and we change it.

What to send us

A short message by WhatsApp or email is enough. Please include:

the hotel name and the resort
the name the room is booked under
your flight number and departure time
the number of passengers, with children’s ages if you need a child seat
how many suitcases you have, plus anything bulky such as golf bags or a pushchair

We confirm the booking, the price and the pick-up time in writing.

Early-morning flights

Many flights leave Antalya around dawn, which can put the pick-up in the middle of the night. Our phone line and drivers work around the clock, so a night-time lobby pick-up is ordinary work for us. If your plans change

Airlines move departure times, and holidays sometimes get longer. Send us the new flight number or time as soon as you know it, by WhatsApp or to [email protected], and we adjust the pick-up and confirm the new details in writing. Your booking confirmation sets out the terms for changing or cancelling.

The ride back is priced the same way as an arrival: per vehicle, fixed and in writing, with tolls, fuel and parking included.
