When seven or more people travel together, splitting into several cars means several drivers, several arrival times and usually someone standing outside the hotel waiting for the rest. A group transfer puts everyone in one vehicle that leaves Antalya Airport together and arrives together.

The vehicles

From our garage in Aksu we run four sizes for groups:

  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with 13 seats
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 516 with 16 seats
  • Isuzu Novo Ultra midibus with 25 seats
  • Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coach with 45 seats

If the group does not fit into one vehicle, we send two or more and plan them to leave at the same time. A party of 30, for example, can travel in the midibus with a 13-seat Sprinter alongside, and a group of 60 in the coach plus a Sprinter 516.

Who travels this way

Weddings are a good example: guests fly in for a ceremony at a hotel in Belek or Side, often on different flights, and we plan a separate run for each arrival. Golf groups heading for the courses around Belek, about 35 km from the airport, book a Sprinter for the players and their bags. We also drive school classes, sports teams on a training camp and extended families with grandparents and grandchildren.

Luggage, golf bags and equipment

As a rule of thumb, count one suitcase per seat. Golf bags, team kit bags, bicycles and pushchairs take more room than a suitcase, so tell us how many you have when you ask for a price. Sometimes the right choice is one size up from what the head count suggests, so the bags travel with their owners instead of in a second car.

One price for the vehicle

The price is for the vehicle, not per person. It is fixed when you book and confirmed in writing, and it includes tolls, fuel, airport parking and waiting time if a flight is delayed, because we follow the flight number. How you split the amount within the group is up to you. Child seats are available on request for an extra charge.

Meeting a group at the airport

The group leader, or whoever comes through baggage claim first, reports to the arrivals hall desk, Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel. From there our staff call the driver and walk the group to the vehicle. If you arrive on several flights, send us the flight numbers and the number of passengers on each, and we will tell you how we plan the runs.   1. Can you take a large group from Antalya airport?

    Yes. Small parties travel in an economy sedan (Skoda Superb or Ford Focus) for up to 3 people or a Mercedes-Benz Vito for up to 6. For groups we have a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 13, a Sprinter 516 for 16, an Isuzu Novo Ultra midibus for 25 and a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coach for 45. Let us know the head count and the number of suitcases, and we will pick a vehicle that fits.

  2. Can I bring golf bags on a private transfer to Belek?

    Yes. Golf bags take up more room than suitcases, so tell us how many you are bringing when you book. We then choose a vehicle with space for everyone and all the bags. Belek is about 35 km from the airport, around 35 minutes by road.

  3. How much luggage can I take on an Antalya airport transfer?

    As a rule of thumb, count one suitcase per seat: the economy sedan takes 3 suitcases, the Vito and Vito VIP 6 each. If you have extra bags or bulky items such as prams, bikes or a wheelchair, mention them when you book and we will choose a larger vehicle.

  4. Is the private transfer price per person or per vehicle?

    The price is for the whole vehicle, not per person, so four people in a Vito pay the same as two. Prices on the site are starting prices in euros for a one-way trip. The fixed price for your booking is confirmed in writing before you travel.

  5. When do I get my booking confirmation?

    Once we have checked your request, we send a written confirmation with the price, the vehicle, the meeting point and the payment method. Keep it on your phone for the day you arrive. If you have not received it, call us or write on WhatsApp at +90 539 826 30 65.
