Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we receive through voyagetransfer.com and through your booking, why we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us.
Who handles your data

The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, the destination you are asking about and your message. The request is saved in the site’s database so that it is not lost, and a member of our office staff answers it. Our office may also get an email notification. We use these details only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the transfer.
WhatsApp, phone and email
Many guests contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email. Those conversations take place in the service you choose, and that service processes the data under its own terms and privacy rules.
Booking details
For a transfer we need the names of the passengers, the flight number, the hotel or address, the number of passengers and pieces of luggage, and a phone number for the day of travel. We use it to plan the vehicle, follow the flight and send the driver to you. Part of it must also be kept for Turkish legal and accounting obligations, such as invoices.
If you book through an online booking form provided by a booking partner, the details you enter there are processed to make and manage that booking.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose. It contains no personal information. Staff who log in to the site’s admin area receive a login cookie. Visitors never do.
The contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, your browser fetches content from Google, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google’s rules.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how it is used. It records the pages you view, how long you stay on them, your device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address and how you found the site, for example through a search engine. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, named _ga and _ga_….
The data is processed by Google and may be transferred to countries outside Türkiye and the EU/EEA. Google keeps it according to the retention setting of our Analytics property and its own terms. We do not combine it with details from bookings or the contact form, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
You can stop this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep data
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you or to carry out the transfer. Accounting and tax records are kept for the period Turkish law sets. After that, the data is deleted or made anonymous.
Who sees your data
Only our office staff and your driver see your details, as far as their work requires. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Authorities receive data only when the law obliges us to provide it.
Your rights
Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) gives you the rights below, and so does the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you live in the European Union. You can ask us:
- what data we hold about you, and for a copy of it
- to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- to delete data we no longer need to keep
- to stop using your data if you object to its use
Send your request to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If the way the site works changes, for example when a booking module is added, we will update this page.
